* Payment: Cash, travelers checks and PayPal accepted.

* Cancellations & refunds of deposit:
100% refunded with 48 hours notice or more.
50% refunded with 24 - 48 hours notice.
No refund on deposit if cancelled less than 24 hours before arrival.
